Wednesday: soup, fresh vegetables and fruits (without limitation).
Thursday: soup and boiled chicken.
Friday: soup, boiled beef or veal.
Saturday: soup, fresh vegetables (unlimited) and fat-free yogurt.
Sunday: soup, fresh vegetables and fruits (without limitation).
