The Omaha Pro 2020 traditional professional tournament, organized under the auspices of the IFBB pro-league Jim Manion, was held on Saturday, July 18, at the conference center of the Omaha Ramada Plaza resort. It was only the third professional competition held after a 126-day hiatus caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and related health safety measures. This time, the athletes competing in Classic Physique, Women's Bodybuilding and Women's Physique took part in the fight for the favor of the judges, but mainly for one place in the direct qualification for the December Olympia 2020. Omaha Pro 2020 classic-physicist Classic Physique Division, in which the participants must comply with the weight restrictions depending on their height, was the most complete category in this competition – there were 12 athletes in the starting list. The overall winner was Chris Hunte, 165cm, who improved significantly against tenth place, which he held during his professional debut at last year's Battle of Texas tournament. Chris impressed with his plump figure, good shape, readiness and especially the fact that he looked really powerful within his classic physique. It can be assumed that he entered the podium slightly heavier than the weight limit set by the rules, which in his case is 81.5 kg. After this triumph, of course, Hunt's efforts will be directed towards his premiere participation in the Classic Physique Olympia 2020, where he directly qualified from Tampa. Second place this time went to Jonathan Hambrick, 191 cm tall, who once again proved that at the age of twenty-two he belongs to the all-star cast of his category. 1. Chris Hunte 2. Jim Holcomb Omaha Pro 2020 – Women's Bodybuilding While last year's Women's Bodybuilding Division in Omaha Pro fought to qualify for the Wings of Strength's Rising Phoenix World Championships, this year was different. The top competition for professional bodybuilders Olympia returned to the Olympia Weekend program (he last attended it in 2014). From the very first moments of the semi-finals, it was clear that Andrea Shaw, the seventh best competitor in the 2019 Wings of Strength's Rising Phoenix World Championship, was clearly preparing for her victory. The American bodybuilder, about 165 cm tall, has noticeably improved her figure since last season, and thanks to a combination of volumes, good shape and very decent condition. At Omaha Pro 2020, Andrea deservedly came not only to her first triumph among professionals, but also to her first qualification for Miss Olympia, where she will face a duel with the legendary Iris Kyle (as reported by ironflex.com.ua). 1. Andrea Shaw 2. Reshanna Boswell 3. Ladawn McDay 4. Angela Rayburn 5. Tina Williams 6. Pamela Hannam 7. Amy Hauck 8. Lunette Johnson In terms of Women's Physique, there was a very even battle for victory in Omaha between Ivie Rhein and Brittany Watts. The first athlete brought balance and good readiness to the podium, the second presented herself with an excellent body structure and excellent quadriceps. In the end, one point decided Brittany would win her second professional competition win. Thanks to Saturday's result, for the second time in a row, Watts has directly qualified for Olympia 2020, where she will try to improve last year's 13th place in the second half of December. Thus, Ivy Rhein took second place this time, but she originally planned to enter the season only next week at the Prestige Crystal Cup Pro 2020 tournament. 1. Brittany Watts 2. Ivie Rhein 3. Trish Wood 4. Jada Beverly 5. Suzanne Davis 6. Oksana Piari 7. Natalie Rae Wolfe 8. Jennifer Adkisson 9. Angela Palermo
