Since individual professional bodybuilding and fitness competitions are canceled or postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, their participants themselves, of course, also adjust their training plans. An example is the novice American bodybuilder Nathan Epler (Nathan Epler). The aforementioned winner of last year's US NPC in the 102 kg category initially sought to make his professional debut on May 9 at the Indy Pro tournament. This competition had to be canceled this year, so Nathan had no choice but to look for an alternative solution. For him, this was the Wings of Strength Chicago 2020 tournament, which should be held on the first weekend of July if the pandemic situation develops successfully. Although there are still more than nine weeks left before performing on the Chicago stage, Epler is now in great shape due to the fact that initially he had to participate in comparisons two months earlier. This can be seen from the photos attached to the text athlete. Most likely, Nathan will begin his professional career in the category up to 212 pounds (96.2 kg), which will be good for his growth of 175 cm.
