Phil Heath showed an updated form

The seven-time title holder, Mr. Olympia, Phil Heath, delighted all fans with new photos of his current form after an intense workout. This shot was intended for his coach Hany Rambod, about which Phil wrote in a comment on the Instagram page. According to the athlete himself, he will perform in the next 2020, in which he intends to regain his title of the best bodybuilder on the planet. Heath is currently promoting his own Lab Heath sports nutrition line and travels a lot. But on October 19th he will be in the USA:

And the Phil Heath tour continues! since Saturday, October 19th, I’ll be back at the Waukesha County Expocenter in Wisconsin on the NPC Badger State Show. I can’t wait to meet and greet the fans, as I will be photographed there, talk about my new beginnings and listen to your stories, as I think this is a great way to communicate in a more soulful manner than on social networks.
