Festival “Reebok. Be more human” 2018: how it was

“Reebok. Become a man”. In these last Sunny days of September guests of the festival were 7 thousand people.

At the start of the eponymous race test left more than 1,000 teams of about 6 thousand people decided to test their strength and endurance. Teams of category “Standard” overcame the distance in length of 7 kilometers by performing twelve tasks, and teams in the “Elite” — a distance of 10 kilometers from seventeen trials. The participants climbed over the wall-grid, and passed through a sloping corridor, doing simultaneous squats while holding a pancake in his outstretched hands, performed a dynamic bar and don’t forget about team spirit.

The fitness event was organized so that all were able to find a suitable activity. At the Central site of world-famous trainers, Les Mills has introduced a new releases: BODYJAM — a unique dance cardio program, BARRE — a modern analogue of the classical ballet classes, GRIT — high-intensity interval training on the basis of plyometric. In the area of the Cycle each have to experience for yourself the effectiveness of cardio and burned per half-hour training more than 700 calories!

For men, the organizers prepared a separate Combat zone, which were held master classes on various kinds of martial arts from professional fighters.

But for all yoga enthusiasts was organized by true yoga-a-Thon with classic and modern areas. After sunset the participants had an unusual master class in neon yoga — style practices that differ in their dynamics and more “free”.

In the zone partners of the festival — project Fitmost was held classes in Boxing, stretching, Zumba, Irish dancing and even gymnastics.

A wonderful addition to the festival was the marquee Cosmopolitan “Women’s fitness” with the author’s training programs from the brand ambassadors of Reebok. Here it was possible to make hairstyle by Schwarzkopf and got2b, spend real Spa therapy for the face from Double Dare OMG! and to do light makeup from Chupa Chups. What’s more, our tent was a coffee maker Nespresso boutique in which all the guests were treated to aromatic coffee. What more do you need after an active day?

In addition, the event companies Vittel and Reebok, together with GK “EcoTechnologies” was organized separate collection of waste, including containers for collecting plastic bottles and cups. And the participants were given the opportunity to join the nationwide “Good caps”, in which the separately collected plastic lids from bottles. All funds will be donated to the charity Fund “Volunteers in aid to children-orphans”.

During the festival were collected 75 kg of empty plastic bottles and cups. The collected secondary raw materials were sent for processing to the Tver Plant Secondary Polymers (plant Ledger “EcoTechnologies”) and factories-partners.
