Reigning army officer and elite bodybuilder Cedric McMillan prepares hard for the 2020 Winter Olympia. He recently shared his killer upper body workout on social media. It has long been believed that Sergeant McMillian has every opportunity to become one of the best bodybuilders on the planet, although he has not always lived up to these expectations. He has shown his brilliant ability over the years, such as when he won the 2017 Arnold Classic, but he always seems to lose on the most important show without climbing above 7th on Mr. Olympia. As impressive and respectable as his military career is, fans of his bodybuilding can't help but wonder how his career would have turned out if he could focus solely on it. However, Cedric is proud to be a US soldier and loves to flaunt his military uniform even as he prepares for the 2020 Mr. Olympia. This was also in a recent video that he uploaded to Instagram (below in the text of this news. Approx ironflex.com.ua), where he showed an upper body workout, from which ordinary visitors to sports clubs would faint.
"The video my son and I made as I prepare for the 2020 Olympia. We hope you enjoy it."
Macmillan does a wide variety of exercises in this intense upper body regimen. He starts with zip work, working to improve his triceps and lats, before moving on to his arms and delts. It was a powerful workout that showed how hard he worked and also how huge Cedric was already. Genetically speaking, Macmillan is almost as good as it gets. Time will tell if this hard work pays off for the 2020 Mr. Olympia, but he appears to be doing his best for his preparation. He always has the potential to shock the audience, it's just a matter of what he looks like on that very "O" day.
