Angel diet: how to throw an 8 kg in two weeks

“angel” diet lasts for 13 days. During this time, your metabolism will accelerate and you will begin rapidly losing weight. Snack: a handful of nuts (walnuts or almonds).
Dinner: big beef steak on the grill, green salad, Cup of green tea.
Dinner: 2 hard-boiled eggs and 2 slices of ham.

Day five

Breakfast: one grated crude carrots with juice of half a lemon.
Snack: one banana.
Lunch: grilled fish 1 large fresh tomato, a Cup of black coffee without additives.
Dinner: steak, green salad, a glass of fresh fruit juice.

Day six

Breakfast: a Cup of coffee without sugar and milk or green tea.
Snack: a glass of natural yoghurt and one banana.
Lunch: chicken breast, green salad, Cup of black coffee without additives.
Dinner: steak and green salad.

The seventh day

Breakfast: a Cup of coffee without sugar and milk or green tea.
Snack: one banana.
Lunch: steak and green salad.
Dinner: green salad and a few slices of cheese.

The result after such a diet is impressive: nearly two weeks you can get rid of 4-8 kilograms (everything individually). To get out of this “angel” gradually diet need to extra pounds quickly came back. Gradually add in the diet of vegetables, fruits and meat (better to do Turkey and chicken, and then beef).
